Originally built in 1998 BT Riverside Tower has undergone a major refurbishment. The project to upgrade the 13 storey building included the upgrade of the Trend BEMS, additional plant and replacement of the FCU’s on all floors. The building will create 160,000 sq ft of high grade office space with accommodation for more than 2000 BT employees.
