The newly constructed Orsett Heath Academy is a state-of-the-art secondary school designed to accommodate 1,200 pupils aged 11–16. The 8,610m² school is built over three storeys and in addition to teaching spaces, includes facilities such as a performing arts hub, breakout areas and a large double-height dining space. The Building Management System and associated control panels designed, supplied and commissioned by ATC Systems Ltd plays a vital role in ensuring the school operates efficiently, safely, and sustainably. It integrates and automates key building services including such as Underfloor Heating, Air Source Heat Pumps, Monodraught Ventilation Units and extensive Heat, Energy and utility metering.
