Located in the city centre, the new building offers 200,000 sq. ft. of Grade A office accommodation across nine floors, providing space for 3,000 people. Seventy percent of the building is dedicated to practice space, while the remaining thirty percent comprises amenities including a Wellbeing Suite, meeting rooms, service areas, and circulation space. ATC Systems Ltd was awarded the contract for the BEMS system and Building Services Integration.
