The Riddel Hall project is an energy-efficient building that utilises green energy solutions including ground source heat pumps, solar panels, PV installations, and natural ventilation. The project included full BEMS design, installation, and commissioning, along with control panel manufacture and a bespoke graphics package. The building provides an exceptional student experience, with new facilities offering a range of teaching and research spaces, computer teaching and resource areas, postgraduate rooms, a placement and employability suite, collaborative working areas, and academic and support office accommodation.
