ATC believe in ensuring all staff are fully trained across our BMS product range including bespoke integration with 3rd party open protocol products. We enroll all of our engineering staff on accredited training courses with equipment manufacturers including Trend, Siemens, Honeywell, Tridium and ISMA.
This commitment to training ensures projects are commissioned to the highest standards whilst ensuring high level post contract support. With over 30 site based engineers we are able to provide engineering resource to commission projects, carryout service projects, maintenance support and breakdown service calls. The additional option of 24/7 call out facility ensures business continuity and reduced down time.
Upgrading systems can throw up many hidden issues and problems. ATC have successfully managed to upgrade many of our BMS Systems with minimal down time and disruption to existing services.
